I do all cardio on MWF a...That is what I am doing. I do all cardio on MWF and weights on TTh, and Saturday I swim.<br /><br />That is great that Carson is doing it too. We will all be feeling great and looking good come reunion time! <br /><br />It is hard not to be seeing huge results quick, but I was told its better to take it easy and enjoy the process. I lost 14 lbs my first week and then only 2 the next. I freaked out, but remember that I still lost weight!
